I am a DC native with a passion for art! I have studied Fine Arts and Graphic Design at the American University and the Corcoran College of Art and Design. I earned my B.A. and M.A. from Georgetown University in Art History and Visual Culture. As a mixed media artist, I use my experiences from traveling around the world and interest in different cultures as inspiration to my creative process. I am drawn to incorporating texture and nature to both attract viewers to and encourage interaction with my work.

Creating is personal and I choose elements that have meaning to me – each work is uniquely created to represent what I am inspired by. I am passionate about the endless possibilities of mixed media and am always experimenting with new ways to make the end result unique and better. With each creation, I feel myself growing as an artist, expanding my creativity, and producing something that will bring someone just as much joy in owning one of my art pieces as it did in my creating it. My work is handcrafted in my home studio using quality sourced environmentally friendly materials.
