Anne Clark

I was drawn to working in glass in 1986. It is the joy of designing and crafting new pieces that keeps me going year after year. Being on the lookout for new images somehow changes the way I view the world.

I find inspiration everywhere – from rose windows (mandalas) to organic forms in the natural world. As my interest has grown, my techniques have evolved. In 2004, I purchased a kiln which enabled glass fusing and painting on glass.

It’s exciting to combine the artistry of design with the disciplined handcraft of producing each piece. I participate in juried art and craft shows, and enjoy collaborating with clients for commissioned pieces.
